Clarified Water Filtration Unit
Clarified water filtration unit consisting of two filters, J and W. Filter J is a 25 μm mesh filter with an automatic rotary cleaning system. Filter W refines filtration by retaining particles down to 1 μm.
Placement
The wastewater from the production machines (A) flows into the CLARIFICATION system (B).
The clarified water (C) reenters the machine’s work circuit, thus extending its lifecycle.
The Just Water 3.1 FILTRATION unit (D) should be placed between the clean water tank (E) and the CNC to use filtered water for the internal cooling of the spindles (F).
