How does it work?
Wastewater (A) from production machines (B) flows into the CLARIFICATION system (C).
Here, dust and processed material particles are aggregated thanks to the use of coagulant (H) and flocculant (I) identified during the water testing phase.
The clarified water is then reintroduced into the machines’ processing circuit (D), thereby extending its lifecycle.
Within this system, our FILTRATION unit (Just Water 3.1) (E) can be added, allowing the filtered water to be used for internal spindle cooling on CNC machines (G). All of this happens without introducing new water into the circuit for each operation.
