Installation is always carried out by Dal Prete qualified technicians. Each customer is supported during the preparation phase by specialized personnel, including on-site technical inspections and an initial training session. After assembly, the system is configured according to production needs and personnel are properly trained and made autonomous.

For each system installed, Dal Prete provides training to the customer’s team of users and maintenance staff. After one month, a re-training session is organized with a technician on-site to consolidate knowledge of the system and the autonomy acquired.

Our customer support service ensures quick responses in 5 languages for immediate assistance in case of unforeseen events or changes in the customer’s production organization.
